We just moved into the new dorm last Friday. I and Jong Hun stay TOGETHER and our 3 dongsaengs stay in the same apartment but on different floor. We used to live in the same dorm together for 7-8 years. When it came to 5 guys living together in the same dorm, it was quite small and no privacy so moving into the new dorm allows us to have more privacy.
